Juniper

$10.00 USD

Juniper is an unbelievably soft, wrap-style vest; perfect for warding off chills. This pattern was inspired as an eco-friendly alternative to a poly fleece vest. Because it’s knit with plush yarn full of texture, the design is clean, simple, and quick! Start with the upper back a la Cocoknits Method, and knit down to the underarm. Each front is picked up along the shoulder slopes and knitted separately down to the underarm where everything is joined and finished seamlessly. Wear it open or add a cord to overlap the fronts and tie it closed.

This is a Cocoknits Method pattern.

NOTE: We’ve added a new suggested yarn with a new gauge, so when you purchase the pattern, you will get 2 pdfs: the original pattern and one with both the new gauge and original gauge.

Before Purchasing This Pattern

This sweater is worked using a modified Cocoknits Methoda commonsense system for knitting seamless, tailored sweaters from the top down. Juniper does not require the Cocoknits Worksheet, but does require an understanding of the first two sections of the Cocoknits Method.

All of the page numbers in this pattern refer to the pages in Cocoknits Sweater Workshop, where the techniques are explained in detail. Purchase Cocoknits Sweater Workshop or visit your local yarn store.
