Set Up a Wholesale Account

• You must be a  brick & mortar yarn shop or independently owned store; we don't offer wholesale accounts to online only shops.

• By submitting a wholesale application you agree not to sell Cocoknits products on Etsy, Amazon, eBay, or other third party websites. (However, you may sell on your shop’s own branded website).
• If you are outside the US, please apply for a wholesale account with one of our distributors:

• Minimum opening order is $200; reorder $100.
• All changes to open orders must be submitted in writing. (Some changes cannot be accommodated).
• All customers must supply Cocoknits with their state sales tax number.
• By signing the wholesale application you agree not to sell Cocoknits products on Etsy, Amazon, or eBay.

• Prepayment of all orders is required. We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) or PayPal.
• Prepayments include shipping charge.

• Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies. Any shipping damage or loss must be claimed by consignee with carrier. All other claims must be submitted within ten (10) days of receipt.
• No returns will be accepted without a Cocoknits return authorization (RA) number. All cartons must be identified with this number. Returns must be received in their original condition.
• Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. ($10 minimum)
• Unauthorized returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
• All cancellations must be requested in writing and confirmed by Cocoknits.

What if I have a shop outside the US, but not in your distributor's areas?

Where can I get printed versions of individual Cocoknits patterns?

Deep South Fibers is the printer and distributor for all of our individual patterns. (Our books are only available through Cocoknits). You may apply for an account with Deep South Fibers. Or you may contact them at orders@deepsouthfibers.com.

Why can’t I sell Cocoknits products in my Amazon, Ebay, or Etsy shop?

Cocoknits reserves the right to control the outlets for our products. We don’t allow sales on third party sites such as these as they do not directly support a Local Yarn Shop and local knitting communities. We do allow brick and mortar shops to make our products available on their own websites.
