Reports of Row Counters failing have increased over the past months, so we had our engineer take a look at some broken ones. They discovered there is a small inner part that, if it breaks, can cause the advance button to malfunction. The solution is to make that part thicker and sturdier so it won't fail, and to that end our manufacturer has offered to fix all of our current inventory.

All this to say that we will be out of stock on Row Counters for an indefinite period, but once we get them back they'll be better than before!

We have the Mesh Bags and T-pins back in stock - now, we're just waiting for the sets of Bamboo Cable Needles. We don't have an anticipated finish date for those, so please sign up in the product listing to be automatically notified as soon as they're available to order. 

We have ordered the 5th printing of our book, Cocoknits Sweater Workshop, and unfortunately we're out of the 3-pack bundles until we get the new copies in. We do still have some cases of 20 books. We realize that may be a lot for some smaller shops, but if you have any other LYSs in your neighborhood, you could consider pooling an order together to share the quantity. You may have noticed in the last two months, there were no packing lists included in your shipments. Our warehouse is implementing some environmental and cost saving measures and informed us they would no longer be including printed packing slips with our orders. We asked kindly and our warehouse agreed - they will reinstate printed packing slips for all of our wholesale orders! We know how handy these are when receiving inventory to your shops and as a record of past orders. 

You can also find an invoice for any of your orders in the Order History section of your wholesale account ordering portal home page. Click on any order and you'll see the option to print the invoice. When you select that option, you may then choose whether to print it, or save as a pdf.

A note on order Packing Slips - our warehouse decided in order to save trees, paper, and printing, they will no longer be including a printed packing slip in our shipments.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause for your receiving procedures. Our suggestion of a workaround for this is to save the automatic order confirmation email you receive and use this when checking your order into the shop. This is the same list that is used when fulfilling your order, so if you save it as a pdf, you'll be able to check off or highlight items digitally, or print it out to reconcile your orders manually.
