Reports of Row Counters failing have increased over the past months, so we had our engineer take a look at some broken ones. They discovered there is a small inner part that, if it breaks, can cause the advance button to malfunction. The solution is to make that part thicker and sturdier so it won't fail, and to that end our manufacturer has offered to fix all of our current inventory.
All this to say that we will be out of stock on Row Counters for an indefinite period, but once we get them back they'll be better than before!
