A note on order Packing Slips - our warehouse decided in order to save trees, paper, and printing, they will no longer be including a printed packing slip in our shipments.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause for your receiving procedures. Our suggestion of a workaround for this is to save the automatic order confirmation email you receive and use this when checking your order into the shop. This is the same list that is used when fulfilling your order, so if you save it as a pdf, you'll be able to check off or highlight items digitally, or print it out to reconcile your orders manually.
You can also find an invoice for any of your orders in the Order History section of your wholesale account ordering portal home page. Click on any order and you'll see the option to print the invoice. When you select that option, you may then choose whether to print it, or save as a pdf.
