In this 2-session workshop you’ll learn the Cocoknits method for sweater construction while making the Emma sweater. Students will have the option to knit Version A, B or C. This two-session workshop is for advanced beginners (or up) and is well suited for those wanting to knit their first sweater or those with sweater experience who want to learn a different sweater construction method. Cocoknits Sweater Workshop. The sweater worksheet is included in the book but a separate one to use for this class will be provided. Bulky or Fingering weight yarn (700-1400 yards) for long sleeve Version A & B, (720-1350 yards) Version C Needles: US 11 (or size needed to obtain gauge) Circular needle 40” for all versions, plus 24” or 32” for Versions A & B US 0-3 DPN or any length circular (for picking up stitches) Notions: 6 stitch markers in 6 different colors - we suggest using Cocoknits Colorful Stitch Markers. 2 spare circular needles or scrap yarn to hold sleeve or body stitches Pencil, scissors ALL COCOKNITS MATERIALS ARE 10% OFF FOR CLASS ATTENDEES Homework prior to Class: Knit a 6 X 6" gauge swatch in stockinette stitch Read through pages 16-31 of the Cocoknits Sweater Workshop book.
