This 2 day workshop over the course of 2 Saturday mornings, features Julie Weisenberger’s awesome method of top-down set-in sleeve sweater construction, it’s what we consider to be the perfect fit for all body types. This sweet method focuses on knitting a well-fitting sweater in a step-by-step way, with clear instructions and examples at each step. We will have live teaching from Kentucky Maker Company owner, Sandi Savage as well as a video series done by Julie Weisenberger. All students will knit the same sweater pattern (Emma Version A, B, or C from the Cocoknits Sweater Workshop book) in their choice of yarn. Emma goes very quickly, so you'll learn the method and have a solid start on your sweater before you leave the class.
The class will be taught over two sessions, allowing time to practice techniques and work on the sweater between classes. Early sign-up is suggested as there are a very limited number of seats available for the class. This is not a Beginners class..... you must have basic skills, knitting, increasing, picking up stitches. This can however be your first sweater!
