Ilse Skirt designed by Julie Weisenberger


Ilse is an easy knit with dramatic results. The stainless steel and wool give the skirt wonderful texture and body. Six crocheted cords run down the skirt and tie at the bottom allowing you to customize the ruching.

Materials
Yarn
- 1494 (1494, 1700, 1900, 2100) yards Habu A-33 used doubled throughout
- 750 (750, 850, 950, 1050) yards Habu A-148 used single strand
Note: The amount of yarn required will vary depending on the finished length, if in doubt, buy extra.
Needles
- #7 circ needles 29" or size needed to obtain gauge
- Size F crochet hook
Notions
- ¾–1" elastic to fit around waist
- Thread to sew elastic closed
